Request for reimbursement of maintenance and repair costs

In the event that it is necessary to deviate from the normal procedure, you may recover these costs provided the following conditions are met:

You must be issued with an approval number from the technical service or the person assisting you. You will be notified of this number by phone (+352 310 103 39) before the work commences.
Only original invoices drawn up in the name of KBC Lease Luxembourg S.A. (stating the VAT number LU13792766) and specifying the exact odometer reading, licence plate number, a detailed description of the replaced parts and the approval number will be considered for reimbursement.
No more than three months from the date of the work.
Fleet manager’s signature required.
